Do you ship to the USA? Should I hesistate if I've never bought from a non-US vendor before?

 

Not to worry! US clients make up over half of our orders, and all products are priced in USD, and all orders are processed securely through Paypal. You won't notice any difference apart from the Canadian stamps!

 

Airmail shipping from Toronto is quick and inexpensive--if you're in the NorthEast, you'll likely get your shipment more quickly than ordering something from California. 3-5 days is the usual delivery frame.  And there are no be customs charges imposed by the US border services.

 

Do you ship Overseas?

We ship Worldwide, by airmail. Shipping costs are calculated when you check out. For large overseas orders, surface mail is also available at about 60% of the cost.

 

Do I have to pay tax or duty on my order?

• Only Canadian residents must pay sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

• USA customers pay NO tax or duty.

• For international shipments, check with your local authority to see if your purchase is subject to duty.

 

Do you accept Paypal?

You bet! Navigate to the "Shop Now" section. Buy with confidence: your purchase is protected by both Paypal and your Credit Card company.

 

I have a promocode. What now?

To receive your discount, you must visit the "Shop Now" page, add items to your cart. A checkout menu will pop up, look for the PLUS (+) sign and click on it. Enter your code and click "Apply." You should be able to immediately see your discount applied.
